Roller skating is already happening across the city. People use car parks, shared paths, courts, and improvised spaces because there are very few purpose-built facilities available. This proposal responds to that existing demand by recommending a safe, accessible space designed specifically for roller skating.

This is not a commercial development. It is a community-driven request for infrastructure that reflects how people already move, gather, and recreate in Sydney.

The document provided to council includes site considerations, community context, and examples of how similar facilities are used successfully in other cities.
